To explain a little about the "Reads" category... Farley asked us to 1. List our favorite classroom read-aloud and 2. Our professional "go to" book. If you haven't already, be sure to visit Farley's blog and link up! Be sure to follow the directions she posted!
More posts to come! Stay tuned! :)
Stopping by from Farley's!
ReplyDeleteSeems what the next blog post will be about it always on the brain...lol!

Making It As A Middle School Teacher
Michelle - thank you for visiting! I'm really trying to make an effort to publish a post at least twice a week. Summer seems to be especially challenging since I'm not in the classroom! lol

Oops, I'm an admitted blog "skimmer". I didn't follow the "Reads" instructions. My favorite classroom read aloud has to be Dear Mrs. LaRue. My professional "go-to" book would be The Daily 5. I hope to read The CAFE Book this summer. I'm glad that I was able to come across your blog through Farley's July Currently linky. :-)

Molly - so glad you stopped by for a visit! Feel free to skim to your heart's content! :) I'll have to surf on over to your blog soon and check it out! I'm loving the D5 and CAFE books right now. My new school I am going to in August does D5 by the book, so I will be referencing it often!

I found you through the link party too. My professional book was also Daily 5/CAFE. So many ideas! Happy Summer!
